Suggest treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating

I have been having on and off slight burning when I urinate as well as a light buzzing sensation on the tip of my penis on and off for the last month or so. I did get checked for bladder infection and it was negative. My wife did have prenatal bloodwork done 2 weeks ago with no indication of stds. I did just go for an Std test myself to double check but not sure I would have one of her blood work was negative. I ve seen reports online from stds to prostitius. What s your thoughts. I m a bit freaked out

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear if I am your physician I will have to rule possible in your history whether you are indulging in excessive sexual intercus. This might be a possibility since the urine test yield negative bacteria or it be due previous infection which went unnoticed(asymptomatic bacteriuria)
